How long will it take to complete the repairs?

we aim to repair most vehicles the same day, any delays to the timescale for any reason will be communicated with the customer to try and minimise any disruption.

How much will it cost?

All work will be estimated and sent to the customer to approve before any work is undertaken. We always do our best to be competitive with pricing whilst using the highest quality parts available.

Do you carry out electrical repairs and wiring?

Yes, we carry out electrical fault finding and repairs in house, we specialise in the VAG group with dealer access however we are happy to cast our expertise and knowledge to anything that should come through the door.

What credit cards do you take?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, we can also offer interest free payment over 3 months for those larger repairs, just enquire to find out more.

My car is running fine, do I really need to service it?

It is always best to annually service your vehicle as it gives your car the best chance of staying healthy. We like to call it preventative maintenance as we thoroughly check your car over and highlight any concerns or issues that are present and advise the best remedy or solution to the issue.

Do you carry out MOT testing?

Yes, we are an approved DVSA test station allowing us to carry out MOT tests on Class 4 Vehicles. We have 2 experienced testers with 30 years’ experience between them.

Do you carry out Wheel alignment and Tyre changes?

We do! We have a state-of-the-art 3D Wheel aligner and the facilities to change tyres and carry out puncture repairs.

Do I need an appointment for a repair?

it is always best to phone prior to arriving, however we will always do our best to accommodate your needs where reasonably possible.
